Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Daphne Evans is a proud graduate of both Beaumont School and John Carroll University obtaining a B.A in Languages. She also holds a Coaching Certification in The Science of Happiness from The University of California, Berkeley. With over 30 years of successful experience in Corporate America, Daphne gained invaluable expertise in leadership and operations within the banking and financial services industry, and then in sales garnering numerous awards and accolades throughout her tenure. Beyond her professional career, she has a deep passion for community service, having served on several boards, including The Phyllis Wheatley Association in Cleveland, OH and The American Red Cross - Southeast District, Inglewood, CA. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc., and a past member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Her commitment to philanthropy and community-building extends nationally, working with organizations that uplift and empower individuals and families.

When Daphne Evans began her mindset transformational business, The Happy Lady Speaks, she quickly realized that many clients’ concerns and worries about their financial future were holding them back from living their best lives. These financial fears were not only limiting their present happiness but also hindering their ability to build a secure future. Determined to bridge this gap, she saw how specialized financial education was often reserved for a select few, leaving many without the knowledge needed to create lasting financial security. With a passion for empowering others, she became licensed and founded THLS Wealth Strategies—a mission-driven initiative dedicated to providing accessible, practical financial solutions that help individuals and families take control of their financial future with confidence. She helps them to identify financial roadblocks and equips them with the knowledge and strategy to build generational wealth. In an effort to also expand this knowledge, Daphne mentors agents nationally teaching them how to expand their markets and build financially strong networks in underserved communities.
